Delays or non-delivery

If you still haven't received your parcel after 7 days, please contact us and we will check the status of your order and ensure that there are no errors or shortages.

Multiple orders

If you order multiple products from us, it is possible that they will be shipped in separate parcels, but with the same shipping times and costs.

This depends on the availability of the products, as our partners' factories and warehouses are located in different places.
